Effective Business Analysis
This companion guide to the 3-day Effective Business Analysis training course focuses on the different challenges and approaches business analysts must employ in documenting business requirements effectively and efficiently.
Learners will discover concepts, tools and ways to rapidly understand existing business processes and technologies as well as skills in understanding root-causes of business problems in order to facilitate design efforts in delivering a quality product to the customer. The workshop is interactive and participants may apply techniques presented through scenario analysis, role playing, case studies, discussion, and other experiential techniques.
Business analysis can be performed within all levels of the organization and, along with technical skills, will also always be associated with the application of the soft skills necessary to effectively implement and institutionalize change.
